Interesting data. More of this will debunk the persistent myth that menopause is a villain in women's wellbeing....it's simply not true.  It's a signal that women need to take charge of their health and wellbeing by making some lifestyle changes. We're lucky we get the signal.  Menopause is a gateway to wellbeing if we take control of our lives just when we have the chance to make a difference.
