Leadership is a natural ability. Just because someone is granted a corporate leadership role, does not mean they're good at it. The misuse and lack of allocation in corporate leadership is such an unfortunate waste. When you have someone in a leadership position who shouldn't be, the entitlement alone can be detrimental to the organization at large. People leave jobs because of poor management, poor leadership. Always be aware of what your leadership says about your brand and make sure that it represents all that you want it to.
