My last few posts discussed the transformation of the IT department. Continuing that theme, there will be times when members of the IT staff will give presentations to executive management and various business departments/units. For example:  How IT will enable business performance, growth and innovation...How IT provides returns on IT spending...How IT projects align with the company's strategy. This article contains some very practical guidelines for making a successful presentation and it includes a very useful infographic.

You are looking to automatize but it seems that every business you have been in says, it has to be that personal touch. This makes you wonder should I automate?

The answer is yes!

There are times when your automation will hack people off if they get an auto response however, to me this means that they just don't get it yet. This scoop explains it very well as to why you should. What I want to let you in on is why many won't do this.

Many Entrepreneurs will not use automation due to being told by some up line or contact  you shouldn't use automation. Word is you must deal one on one with prospects and customers. In all honesty whether you are new or a huge success you can't afford to do this.

If you are a huge success you don't have time, if you are new you don't have time! Those that have made it big have so many people to deal with there is no way they can do this one on one.

The new person needs all the time they can squeeze out of a day to just get their business up and running and keep it that way.

Don't be afraid to automate!
