The auction of the 1900 MHz PCS H Block is one week old but it's already becoming apparent to analysts that Dish Network is set to capture the spectrum in short order, an outcome that many saw as inevitable. The question now is, if and when Dish wins control of the airwaves, what it might do with another 10 MHz chunk of spectrum.

Both Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal peg the price for T-Mobile at around $40 per share. The Bloomberg report said Sprint will offer DT 50 percent cash and 50 percent stock for part of its 67-percent stake in T-Mobile, leaving DT with a 15-percent interest in the U.S.’s fourth largest carrier.

Sprint is close to securing $45 billion in debt financing from a group of banks to make a bid for T-Mobile US, according to a report from Dealreporter. However, a separate report from Bloomberg painted a more conservative view of the deal and said that top Sprint executives have not yet decided if they want to pursue a bid.

Always a good idea to get things done right the first time and go through the proper channels.  Get the permits and zoned properly to avoid problems.  Even if you are setting things up temporarily to provide coverage until you can get a site built.  Might want to think about using a cell on wheels for temporary solutions and you can find cell on wheel towers at http://cellsitesolutionsllc.com
