  • Yield per hectare: 80 quintals of grapes (30 hectoliters of wine)

  • Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes are not destemmed; fermentation in wine tonneau and stay in wood on its lees for 36 months
  • Aging: Minimum 6 months in bottle
  • Tasting notes: Gold Color. Intense and complex of ripe fruit and candied citrus wrapped a fine vanilla melt into a superlative bouquet. The enveloping warmth and softness together with the pleasant presence of sugar damped by good freshness and full flavor make it a dessert wine of great elegance.
