The Irene, Roberta and Floriano Mognon Farm was established in 1980, fulfilling the dream to leave the city for the countryside. The little farm has always been handled by the family and with passion, has produced quality wines, obtaining various national and international recognitions. The organic agriculture production is controlled and certificated by the Istituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione. A green pruning is effected, in order to control the vegetation, eliminating the grape-bunches in excess. The grapes are picked by hand in different periods, catching the optimum moment of maturity, and processed immediately.
