The Meridia, made from 100% Verdicchio grapes, harvested just at their ripeness to preserve all the acidic heritage of the must. The wine is then over ripened in the cellar, in old glassed concrete tanks; it is the time that works to create the maximum sensory profile of the wine. If stones could have a flavor, then it would be that of Meridia, a mineral, savory, acidic, long, full-bodied, goldish-yellow wine. We suggest matching it with semi-aged cheeses, elaborated fish recipes, well structured pastas, white meats or as a long night aperitif wine.
