Warren Bennis touched many of us in profoundly deep ways -- myself included. 


His vision to develop "human potential through an integrated approach" to leadership broke new ground.  "He was one of the pioneers to posit that growth and development was based in self-awareness."


Dr. Bennis' work greatly influenced my work and learning in both Dialogue and psychotherapy with the notion of growing the whole person in order to grow the whole leader.  This Forbes article is a tribute to all of the gifts Warren brought to the world -- the man now known as the Father of Leadership Development.
