This is literally the most beautiful sky pool I've ever seen, nested at the very top of the Marina Sands hotel in Singapore, on the 56th floor. It's unfortunately for hotel guests only. Either splurge, with rooms that start at €440, or grab a drink at sky bar KuDéTa, that opened on the same floor and also offers an amazing view over the Marina.
Wish I can attend this for real one day: This is the lantern festival in Chiang Mai that happens every year in November where hundreds of flying lanterns will be released at night over the city to create a bridge of light between us and the dead.
Is this really... Vietnam?? I wasn't really aware of any real beautiful beach in Vietnam, as this is not really why the country is so famous for. But this looks like it would definitely be worth a detour. This is the Six Senses luxury resort that opened on Con Dao islands, in south west of Vietnam, just 45 minutes away by flight from Ho Chi Minh city (also still called by some "Saigon" :)).
In an attempt to alleviate people from the ongoing stress they experience in their everyday lives, Japanese Natsumi Hayashi decided, one day, to take self-portraits of herself... levitating. Amazing light-hearted series of 14 of her levitation experiences, shot around Tokyo.
Breathtaking series of pictures from China taken by photographer Feng Jiang. To uncover these natural beauties, head for the picturesque small city of Yangshuo, in the Guangxi province, bordered by the Li river and surrounded by typical Chinese mountains.
Beautiful design hotel resort "Casa de la flora" is located at Khao Lak, on the Andaman sea side, north of Phuket. Each villa comes with its own private pool... and at a price: €270 euros per night for the front beach studio villa.
Amazing moutains located in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, in the South East of China. Best way to get there: Fly from Beijing to Zhangjiajie to cover the 1700 km distance in about 2h30. Or enjoy Chinese railway: Journey takes 23 to 26 hours... Plenty of time to think... :)
