I used to think the only way to use avocados was in guacamole. My current favorite smoothie is made by juicing 3 apples, half a pineapple, a cucumber, a lime and some ginger and then blending that with half an avocado and some ice. What's your favorite use for avocado?

These are quick "workouts" that you can do just about anywhere to get your muscles firing. There are some such as Leg workout in a bar and Floating Feet that are very discreet. Certainly, if you have the benefit of an office with a door or working from home, you can pick up dumbells or exercise bands to do quick exercises and stretches.
