Pay particular attention to the word "may" in the headline! There is a plethora of similar headlines with "could", "may", "possibly" ...maybe, perhaps, we're not sure, but let's pretend it's a fact and make it into news. Very few things are beneficial in isolation. Throw a small pebble into the middle of a big lake. The impact is great where you throw the pebble but further out it has no effect. Think of your body as the lake and reservatrol as the pebble.
