Every time, you pick your mobile and make a call, send a tweet, upload an image on Facebook, swipe your credit card at your local mall or buy a new cell phone or laptop, you are contributing to the ‘Big Data’.  As per IBM records, there are more than 2.5 quintillion bytes of Big Data being created every day, with 90% of the relevant data being created and used in the last 2 years.

To put in simply, Big Data are sets of data that cannot be captured, managed or processed by common software tools within a tolerable time. It is also growing by the number, even as you go through the post. By the way, your reading my post is also a contributing factor to some data, somewhere!!!
