Matt wanted to marry Ginny. So, last spring, he staged this amazing fake movie trailer, involved his step father, his family, all of their friends, and had it played in a real theater, just after the "Hangover 2" trailer. Definitely not your average cheesy marriage proposal. Just spectacular.

Her name is Katie Kirkpatrick, 21 years old. Next to her is her fiancée, Nick, 23. Katie had terminal cancer, and only little time left to live. They got married anyway, on January 11th, 2005. Because life is too short. Because true love sometimes can't wait. This is their true story... just a few days before Katie eventually passed away.

When artist Candy Chang intiated her first "Before I die" giant chalkboard in her neighborhood in New Orleans to invite people to share their dreams in public space, she never thought this local initiative would later extend to Brooklyn, Dallas, Mexico, Kazakhstan... Candy Chang specializes in finding creative ways to make cities more comfortable for people. She's a TED fellow and is also at the origin of the ingenious "I wish this was" initiative.
