Try something new for 30 days

'Is there something you've always meant to do, wanted to do, but just ... haven't? Matt Cutts suggests: Try it for 30 days...' Small but sustainable changes might actually end up changing your life. I had an interesting chat with some ladies in their early 20s a few days ago and when discussing the idea of finding strength when being vulnerable they freaked out.

Brene Brown has an amazing view about vulnerability which I agree with - If you're scared of sharing your vulnerabilities the more you shun and hide them. It certainly doesn't help you love that they exist in your life to begin to address the road towards improvement. Loving those vulnerabilities gives courage to say, "This is ME. And I am ready to grow to a ME in the way I choose!"

Enjoy!
