a company wants to stand out from many other competitors, they need to know their competitor very well and have a competitive advantage to differenciate themself from others. also they have to communicat with their customers and make them paticipate more so that customers would have better understanding of it and pay more attention on it.

As a company Facebook is booming. Not only has it formed a connection for millions of loyal users but it has generated growth for small scale businesses. People are already attached to this social media so the platform for engagement is already there. A little personalisation of the product, price, place and promotion to the target market will attract all the attention.

AGREE. There are many competitors around now, the companies need to differenciate themsleves, so they can stand out. This is a common sense but success is for those companies which know consumer needs and provide more consumer satisfied products and services.

Brand can be anything, most comonly known by symbols. The brand may have an attractive design or symbol to gain customers' attention. The small business can also advertise their products or service on the TVs or Newspaper, even Internet to open the market.

The logo is a significant part of a brand. It establishes a connection for the customer to associate with the brand. Also will increase brand identity which is important especially for small businesses. The brand can build their corporation around this until it resonates with their audience.
