My Thoughts:

We all admit to skipping breakfast at some time in our life. Sometimes breakfast is the last thing on our mind—no one wants to spend the time in the morning cooking an extravagant meal. Instead, most of us choose to skip breakfast or find something quick and easy to prepare, but these are often unhealthy choices. Coffee is hardly a meal—it doesn’t contain the proteins or carbohydrates needed to boost your metabolism in preparation for the long day ahead. The other choice, grabbing something from the pantry, is also a bad idea because you will only get whatever may be readily available, whether it is healthy or not. I admit to snacking on chips in the morning because it was the only thing I could grab on the way out of the house. By waking up five minutes earlier to make a home-cooked breakfast, I’ve been noticing that my ability to pay attention in class and absorb information has increased significantly. A healthy breakfast is truly the key to having a good day as well as increasing your health and mood.

A lot of morning I end up skipping breakfast because I don't have time but this article gave me examples and recipes to breakfast sandwiches I can make in 5 minutes for those days I don't have a lot of extra time. Plus they're healthy.
