I love to add quinoa to tabouli instead of bulgar. It makes it lighter. I also add kombu to the quinoa as I cook it to add some nourishment. It's a great way to get the benefits of eating seaweed for those who don't like the taste. You just pick it out when the quinoa is cooked.
