Meditation can effectively change our emotions and physiological functions. A true Mind and Body Connection. This connectedness gives feedback that is vital to regulatory function of balance. Our Health is a constant balancing act.

i started meditating in 2013, and i believe a healthy mind = a healthy life. i remember days where i used to feel so stressed out at the end of a long day, or even wake up stressed out it and this really can negatively effective your day and the people around you, because  your walking around filled with negative thoughts which impacts your mood and the people you work with witch can drag their moods down too . Meditation really did change my outlook and approach in life, i became happy even in a so called 'stressful situation' but instead of being negative i always had a positive thought process and approach which made me  work harder in a positive manner allowing me to maintaining a healthy positive mind and atmosphere around me. 

for example: 

i have a deadline on some work and don't think i have enough time to complete it. 

stressing out is not going to extend the deadline , the deadline still exists. Stress does not have a positive effect on anything. if i want to have a positive result in the outcome i need to have a steady and positive mind. 

 

this scoop is meaningful to me because i understand the effective long term effects that  meditation has had on my life and how it has really changed me as a person. 

 

The good days is when the mind is happy and still. 

meditation is a tool to promote consciousness. 

and can increase your focus. 

The brain functions dramatically, so this is beneficial to everybody.

 

i scooped this because its a big part of my life that has contributed to making me the person that i am today, and i want to promote this to all the students who are on this journey and anybody else that comes across my page. 

meditation really does work, if you are feeling stressed or have so much on your mind, i strongly recommend you practice meditation, even if your not necessarily stressed out it will still have a good effect on you.  

i try to meditate at least 20 minutes a day minimum 

and it absolutely makes a difference, we process allot through our minds in a day, its great to be able to ease and still our mind for just a small amount of time it makes a difference,  allot of my close friends and family noticed a change in my attitude and approach. 

 

meditation is meaningful to my 5 year journey because i will maintain a happy healthy life and would love to one day if possible run a meditation retreat for students, children or anyone for that matter.  Meditation has become a part of my lifestyle and id love to share the the positivity of what its had on my journey

 

Giving mindfulness to children and adults is very appealing to me.  happiness is within so lets start by giving each other the knowledge of happiness. 

i believe if everybody was meditating we would live in a world of compassion and happiness.

Think about what you love about being in the area in terms of relaxing and offloading your stress. Take those memories and feelings and translate them into practical ideas of how you would like to see a personal garden aimed totally at relaxation and peace. If any ideas occur, (for example, a blue and yellow theme would be attractive to you, or a wooden park bench), incorporate those things into your imagined garden. If you are going to share this garden with family or others, get their ideas and input too. And always remember that this is your garden; it’s your intent that counts when creating a meditation garden
