Geluk staat bovenaan als alles schijven van Maslow zijn doorlopen .... Hoe zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers zich engaged voelen en vanuit eigen regie zorgen dat ze gelukkig zijn thuis en op hun werk. Daar gaat de MBA voor werkende ouders o.a. over.
