britishroses's insight:
Because they are bullies and find it easy to pick on our most vulnerable and they don't have the balls to crack down on tax avoiding/evading multimillionaires or to increase tax on those earning imo £150,000 a year or more! They instead give our money to countries like China and North Korea and plunge our disabled and chronically sick into even more poverty, reducing and or removing their benefits that are a life line to them, it's sickening!

The Trussell Trust’s Foodbank Network, an anti-poverty charity that runs more than 420 food banks across the UK, said the alarming rise was largely due to “significant problems” with the roll-out of the new Universal Credit system for administering benefits that was introduced last year.
