HomeActions "Delivers" for teams and seasoned professionals alike. | Welcome To HomeActions For Florida Moves | Scoop.it

Recently Dave and George saw a HomeActions demo and decided to get in the "e-Game"  We gave them ideas which we are now implementing on how to go from paper to "e"... how to attract more email addresses, how to market into HOAs and community specific areas.... and generally how to fill up their pipeline with referral business. They only have a few email addresses now but have a compelling reason to go through old paper files and enroll all their clients and prospects that have not heard from them in a long time.

How Well Are You Doing?

How Well Are You Doing? | Welcome To HomeActions For Florida Moves | Scoop.it

The Numbers Are In And They Are Not Good!  When it comes to assessing your effectiveness at building an active prospect pipeline.. and insulating that pipeline, a few facts are offered.

  • 95% of everyone you know will not be on your website anytime soon or maybe this year! WHY? They are not in a buy/sell mode. They do not need a "real estate newsletter" with Recipes or" How To Improve Curb Appeal and Sell Today"

  • The average consumer knows 7 agents

  • Only 23% of consumers can quickly recall their agent's name two years after a transaction.

  • 86% ( NAR) of consumers said they would gladly use THAT Realtor again for another transaction or referral. Yet on average only 23% do.

Maybe We Mis-Spoke!

Maybe We Mis-Spoke! | Welcome To HomeActions For Florida Moves | Scoop.it

CB Agent Craig Ort (Craig@Craigort.com) had a fantastic first launch but called to say we mislead him. We told him the program was "set it and forget it" but what he found was a little different!

His Quote"

"After just my first launch I had to spend a good part of a day talking with my readers (past clients and friends) who reached out to me. Many of them I have not heard from for a while and I quickly picked up a listing. It was great to track my "opens" and see who was reading my newsletter.  One of my contacts who had their home listed with a competitor opened my newsletter 12 times and shared it with others who opened it 52 times over a 5 day period.  They then emailed me to ask if they can get a release from their currently listed agreement if I would list their home! Can't wait for my second launch! They all said they really liked the content".

He Said It First!

He Said It First! | Welcome To HomeActions For Florida Moves | Scoop.it

George Miller has been using HomeActions for a few months, he did leave us this comment:

"Al, thanks for all of your help getting set up.  I have a computer industry background but when I saw your presentation I said "That's it... that's the system I need to run with". Today's consumers want hyper local content that is relevant and I don't have the time to track it and send it, somehow you do!   My readers love the Stats IQ market reports that make me look like an expert. We all know they want close-by sales and you added that too. The ability to add other content puts it over the top".

We Asked, They Answered, We Built

We Asked, They Answered, We Built | Welcome To HomeActions For Florida Moves | Scoop.it

We deliver to hundreds of thousands of consumers every two weeks. So it's easy to see why we would like to ask them about HomeActions. Recently we did an un-scientific poll and asked readers what they would want in the newsletter, that we do not have now. 68% said they "Wanted To Know What The House Down The Street Sold For"....(they went on)  "Without Having To Call A Pushy Realtor" So we found that you have a little button on your Florida Moves website called "solds". We wont even tell you where it is but it is in High Demand! Now if you have poor metrics on your website, small amount of visitors.. who would see it? Well, now everyone you enroll in your HomeActions can, in 3 clicks,  find out  what everyone wants to know WHAT DID....   Try It Out--- use zip code  34242 ..insert  it in  the box  Click "ADD" then "SEARCH" ... Click the blue image on HERE

We built HomeActions for two types of Agents

We built HomeActions for two types of Agents | Welcome To HomeActions For Florida Moves | Scoop.it

1) Those that have no time, no content strategy, no system, no knowledge of databases, or spam filters. They just want something that will get them.. and keep them Top-of-Mind on a consistent basis

and...

2) The agent that understands they need to PUSH out listings, local news, market reports, You Tubes... to clients and prospects on a regular basis because these consumers are not coming to the agent's website.
