most usefull for me is using lemons in water to add flavor wich will increase my water intake and help burn fat.

I start every morning with warm water and the juice of a whole lemon sometimes with a little organic maple syrup and other times with + 20 medicinal honey... it's does my body good!

do not exclude any food groups aside from the white food- simple carbs are bad- Make sure your whole grain is really whole grain. I use alvarado st bread and ezekiel as they are low carb and high in nutrients. I also use dream fields pasta which I find at my local supermarket.
