"Ca va bouger du coté des salles de sports, notamment pour le fitness puisque Reebok est entrain d’importer en France un « sport » typiquement américain : le CrossFit.

 

C’est un condensé super actif de différents mouvement de sport à enchainer de manière rapide. C’est très physique, et à pour but de faire travailler tout les muscles du corps et le cardio : ça enchaine par exemple, une série de levée de poids, puis une série de step, puis une série de poids, puis des tractions sur des anneaux, etc… Des entrainements digne des Marines..."
