The ROI is the most important aspect of a campaign for a company. The ROI is the return on investment. This is a percentage that gages your success on the campaign you had just run. Many campaigns will have little to no return on investment but it is still very important to calculate your ROI so you know if it is worthwhile to run the campaign again or a similar campaign or to change the social media platform all together. This particular article does a good job of giving the instructions on how to get your ROI but I personally think its about what you do with your ROI rather than what the number is.
