This looks like a nice little trick ... No such thing as too many ways to record and share audio for language teaching.

Web Tools for Teachers by Type - Tim Wilhelmus' LiveBinder

Web Tools for Teachers by Type - Tim Wilhelmus' LiveBinder | Web2.0 et langues | Scoop.it

Tim Wilhelmus (Indiana educator and self-described learning sherpa) has this intimidatingly comprehensive list of tools for teachers, in categories ranging from video and audio editing through digital storytelling, to curation tools to name but a few.

It would be a nice place to start for language teacher training: you could assign groups to different rubics and have them compare the tools in the categories, design teaching materials and perhaps decide which work best.
