  • Lesson 3: Pride kills, ask for help.
  • Lesson 4: If you're too busy to fix your process, you're moving backwards.
  • Lesson 5: Don't be afraid of employees with free time. They will always reinvest it.
  • Lesson 6: Moving fast without direction is the quickest way to get the farthest from your goals.
  • Lesson 7: You can't build a team without trust.
  • Lesson 8: It’s never too late to start over and do it the right way
