Drop It To Me at dropitto.me is a free service that I’ve been using for several years. It provides a simple way to receive files from others. You can also choose to have your files sent to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive.
"Since we learn how to create narrated slideshows on the iPad using EduCreations (free) and Explain Everything(the most powerful app available for classroom media creation, IMHO) I create a narrated slideshow that same night to answer submitted participant questions. I’m able to view these readily as Google Form responses in an automatically-generated spreadsheet."
Real-time assessment! Have just watched how this kindergarden teacher uses plickers and it's much clearer now. What a great way to assess your students' knowledge or comprehension of a topic using one single device. Am sure students find it fun too but at the same time the teacher can round up answers to questions in a very short time. Instead of mobile devices, students need a plicker card each which can be kept during the entire school year. I could see using this in EFL classes too. Students can vote on correct answer anonymously and the teacher can see how many students are still having difficulties....

Some even on the floor! Of course they are also learning through technology... Giving students the autonomy to discover what they want is key to motivating them in my opinion. Some great ideas!
A great add-on to put on your edmodo site. It's an app or online game which helps kids explore their decisions in the digital world. I played a round and think that it's quite catchy and motivating. Depending on the choices you make, the characters make different decisions and outcomes turn out for the better or for the worse...
