Muy interesante el artículo y con el que coincido bastante, sólo sumaría dos puntos, uno a "ladrones de tiempo", los propios jefes, y las "urgencias" que no son tales.
Para el primero y para las interrupciones, la estrategia que mejor resultado me ha dado es establecer un código visual que indique si estoy concentrada (además de apagar teléfonos, cerrar el correo ...) y si viene con algún encargo y veo que no tengo tiempo, que sea él/ella quien priorice y autorice dicha prioridad.
Para la segunda, preguntar "para cuándo", puesto que la urgencia viene determinada por el tiempo disponible para llevar a cabo una tarea y muchas veces "compramos" la urgencia, rompemos nuestra agenda y después comprobamos que no había tal necesidad. Delete the scoop?
