Déjà entendu parler du "H2H" ? Après le B2C et le B2B, le temps des humains est décidément arrivé. Humain to Humain, de l'humain à l'humain, avec son lot d'empathie, compréhension et pardon, est la partie importante d'une nouvelle équilibre à trouver dans la communication et le marketing via les réseaux sociaux. Tel est le message de Bryan Kramer. Et ce message ressemble étrangement au message que je délivre dans mes formations :-).
