Dans une gare désaffectée transformée en squat d'artistes, des hackers, ces bidouilleurs informatiques, se retrouvent chaque semaine pour bâtir des projets et parler technologies. Une poignée d'entre eux sont aussi des "hacktivistes" : ils font partie de Telecomix, un immense réseau de hackers, engagé aux côtés des rebelles syriens dans un conflit qui se joue aussi sur internet.
