Many of us can’t even figure out how to use the video camera on our cell phone, let alone capture video footage using a real camcorder. Things we should take into account – lighting, focus, and shutter speed – sometimes fall to the wayside when trying to capture that quintessential concert footage or panning landscape portrait of the great outdoors. Unfortunately, orientation is often another forgettable pitfall, one that will likely lead to kink in your neck when you try to watch your precious video at home on another device.

While modern, video-capable devices won’t have trouble automatically adjusting to the flick of your wrist, that’s not always the case. Luckily, there’s a way to fix the issue after the fact.

The new and improved Kinect was one of the only positives people took from Microsoft's Xbox One reveal event, and Fujitsu may have just made it obsolete with the unveiling of a revolutionary 3D motion detection software that works with a standard PC webcam. "It might not be long before the computer mouse is obsolete," claims Fujitsu.

Somehow i can't stop thinking, "Next step, Dr. Frankenstein" -

It's maybe not rationeal thinking but i find this so scaring. Imagine if it was you on the table and the robot arms start moving above you - huuuu it's freaking scaring ;-)

Szabolcs Kósa's comment, January 16, 2013 9:00 AM
I agree this can be scary, however you can expect completely autonomous surgical robots to appear in the very near future. that will be much more scarier than a human controlled one, that's for sure

Copy.com is very much like Dropbox.

It works the same way but gives you a ton more free storage. Copy.com is giving 15GB of free storage compared to the 2GB which Dropbox gives until you have to upgrade to one of its plans.

If you download Copy using this link, you’ll be given 15GB + 5GB of free extra storage. Pretty cool.

According to their website, Copy is giving away the free storage for a limited time to celebrate the launch and to create some buzz.

You could do a lot with 20GB of free storage:

Store all your important files and documents
Backup your videos
Backup your music
Backup those important photos

Share files both secure or by a public link - It just have it all.
