This is one of the best infographics I’ve come across – not just this week, or this year, but ever. The reason? It teaches brands all they have to know about the importance of social media. They can’t afford to ignore social networks; they have to participate on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+. If they don’t, bad things can happen.
And I do mean bad things.
