El liderazgo en la educación guarda una amplia relación con su aceptación por partes de los integrantes de la comunidad educativa. El maestro debe intercambiar el modelo de autoridad escolar en la educación tradicional, por el del líder aceptado por su grupo, en este caso los alumnos. Este sería una de las transformaciones de la educación del futuro. Herramienta que nos permite convertir nuestras imágenes, modificándolas como nos interese. Muy útil para los niños/as con discapacidad, de esta forma asocian a través de pictogramas determinadas acciones, cosas...

Cierto Elisa! Cuando encontré la herramienta entré directo a revisarla porque los "insghts" hacían una buena referencia de la misma. Efectivamente, creo que es un recurso bastante bueno para experimentar y masterizar. Abrazo!
