How comfortable are you in your workplace? Do you see any signs of favoritism? Are your rights as an employee being violated? Do you know that a HEALTHY workplace is a FREE HARASSMENT zone?

Unfortunately violence is a reality in all our lives. Watch a news broadcast, read a newspaper, attend a sporting event or go to the movies and you will see that violence is all around us. It is accepted by society as not only normal, but inevitable. The workplace is obviously not immune to violence. Workplace violence is simply a reflection of violence in society.

Prevention is the best tool to eliminate harassment in the workplace. Employers are encouraged to take steps necessary to prevent workplace harassment from occurring. They should clearly communicate to employees that workplace harassment will not be tolerated. They can do so by providing workplace harassment training to their employees, by establishing an effective complaint or grievance process and taking immediate and appropriate action when an employee complains.

PCS Consultants, Inc. offers Workplace Harassment Prevention Training either in English or Spanish. Our training programs meet California Law (AB1825). The trainings are conducted by professionals with extensive knowledge on preventing harassment, retaliation, and discrimination. Topics covered are the following:

-What constitutes as harassment

-Preventing harassment claims

-Understanding state and federal provisions regarding AB1825

-Understanding common patterns of harassment

-What to do during an investigation

PCS also offers convenient and low cost training options on different languages.

-E-Learning Online Training

-Instructor Led Training

-Live Webinar Training

Avoid harassment claims, comply with the federal and state law for sexual harassment and discrimination prevention: because it makes good business sense!
