Telecom providers Viettel have introduced BankPlus service to help users make money transfers and online payments via mobile phones.The service requires users to confirm two times when they do transactions on their phones. Users registering to use the service are provided with a PIN code. Transactions only finish when users type a one-off password sent to their phone accounts.
