Official PlayStation 4 Perfect Day Commercial

How can a day be more perfect than battling your friends on PS4? http://www.GreatnessAwaits.com.
Brian Austin D'Almeida's insight:

This commercial is the big TV spot for the PlayStation 4 right now. Commercial portrays videogames such as the new kill zone videogame that is coming out for PlayStation 4, A racing game that may represent another game coming out for the new PlayStation, and also has a 1 on 1 battle at the beginning which i think may represent another game that is coming out for the PlayStation 4. Commercial I think appeals to both the hardcore gamers and the casual gamers because it shows off multiple genres of videogames.

Xbox One vs. Playstation 4: Which console will prevail?
Eastern Echo
Sony and Microsoft, the two titans of the console world, are launching their new video game consoles in the next couple of weeks. Sony is unleashing its Playstation 4 on Nov.
Brian Austin D'Almeida's insight:

Overall this is a big event for interactive audio in general. New gaming console release is just around the corner. It's a battle to see which gaming device will come out on top. Both consoles have they're strengths and weaknesses. A big deciding factor in the new console releases is the cost because the ps4 will retail at a $400 dollar price mark while the Xbox One will retail at a $500 dollar price mark. Pros: More money for the industry which will push the envelope for console potential, new consoles will entice people into trying console gaming thus creating new gamers, which means more money and more games. Cons: No backwards compatibility for older games such as PlayStation 2 or 1 games or the Xbox 360 and original Xbox games meaning that all those games will go to waste, game developers will need to get used to coding for the new consoles considering that they both have new hardware, Some of the third party hardware that was created during the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 generation will not be compatible with the new consoles meaning that that hardware will also be wasted so it's a con for consumers but it's a pro for producers who make new headsets and controllers because people will be interested in buying they're products so that they can play with some new headphones and a different controller. The new consoles are starting to promote purchases of digital copies of games, which may be bad for the long term for stores that release disk copies of the game such as GameStop.
