College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University | Veterinarian Schools | Scoop.it
Washington State University's College of Veterinary Medicine is one of the nation's top veterinary schools. It has one of the best-equipped veterinary teaching hospitals in the world and top faculty who are respected worldwide.
Marissa Robison's insight:

I never knew that Washington State University's Vet School was one of the top schools in the nation. This is one of my top picks of where I want to end up going to get my VMD. They have a lot of things to offer, and I are ranked number 15 in the nation for vet schools. I am considering going here becuase I have gotten accepted to the college and it is somewhere where I'm comfortable with becuase I know the area. This website has been very helpful, and has given me a lot of facts about the percentages of people that make it into the vet school there. I also can find the prerequistes for my undergraduate study, and how and when to apply. They also have different departments within their vet school that will give me options of what route I want to take once I get to that point.

Marissa Robison's insight:

I had no idea that there was a Veterinarian Medicine school in Winsconsin. This might be something that I would want to look into becuase I could really like the school or prices they have to offer. And it never hurts to apply to as many schools as possible so that your options are wide open if you don't get into your ifrst choice. i think that the open house they are doing is a cool event, and I wish i didn't have school or that they were closer so i could go visit and look at what they have to offer. I hope more vet schools hold open houses across our nation becuase in a few years i probably want to start visiting them to see where I will best fit in.

Then each school gave me the prerequiste list for before applying for admission so that i will have the best oppurtunity to get in. By looking at this website i will be able to know what i need to take ever semester in my college in order to get accepted to wherever I want to end up going to vet school. Some of these schools require you to send an admission to the VMCAS before apllying to their program, and which schools requires that can be found on a chart on this website.
