Je reste toujours très très sceptique sur la pertinence des fermes hydroponiques. On ne sait pas produire de légumes bio en hydroponie (à moins qu'on me prouve le contraire). Ces légumes hors-sols qui poussent sur des pains de laine de roche (nettoyer chaque année à l'acide nitrique) sont nourris au goutte à goutte d'intrants de synthèse (NPK) issus des produits pétroliers et ne bénéficient donc pas de la complexité et la richesse des éléments fournis naturellement par un sol bien vivant.
Qu'en est-il donc de la qualité gustative et surtout nutritionnel de ces productions hors-sols ?
Dans le trypique 'infernale' des aliments qu'il faudrait consommer aujourd'hui "bio/local/de saison" seule la notion de "local" est effectivement remplie.
Fascination technologique ?!? Avant de tout miser sur l'hydroponie, intéressons-nous aux sols, aux friches urbaines, et ceintures péri-urbaines. Il reste heureusement encore de nombreuses surfaces faites de vrais sols vivants pour cultiver localement !
