The organization that I work in uses Servant leadership but I am always amazed by the gap between espoused values/ behaviors and reality (actual behaviors).

I your organization espouses a particular model for leadership, make sure your actions and words match up. People notice when you say one thing but do another. It creates distrust and diminishes credibility.
