A 10 minute workout gives you an instant boost of energy and helps me refocus. I'm often rushing and I find a 10 minute workout is enough exercise to help me not feel guilty about missing my regular routine.

 

My thoughts: I love this idea, Peoples schedules get busy and a lot of people cant spend half an hour to an hour at a fitness center. I believe a lot of people will like this because its not hard to spend 10 minutes on staying fit.

Why this is important to me: Much of the exercise I'll be doing will be building muscular strenghth and muscular endurance. Getting extra cardio in to get a well balanced exercise will benefit my health even more. This article show a way to get in cardio with out spending a bunch of time doing it.

I find the information in this article fascinating. A study in China claims that those who are vegitarians have a lower chance of developing illnesses like cancer  and heart disease. It also stresses the consumption of whole foods.  I believe the whole foods notion is especialy necessary in a diet, as we have not evolved to eat such heavily processed foods.
