Your gut is the seat of your health and what you consume, digest, and absorb has a direct impact on the health of your immune system and in turn your body as a whole.

 

Health tips:  Eat real whole plant based food which your body recognizes and uses for fuel. Remember food is information for your body. You want to add superior raw materials like deep greens, dark pigmented veggies/fruits, healthy fats in small amounts, seed grains that won't spike your blood sugar (quinoa, buckwheat, millet, teff, amaranth), seeds, nuts, beans, peas, lentils, and other nutrient dense plant based foods.

 

Here is one of the very best articles detailing the state of your gut, the bacteria that inhabit it, why your gut bacteria can make you fat, i.e. everything you need to know about your gut, antibiotics, disease, including several excellent info graphics, plus a section on maternal health and new alternative therapies that "may one day serve as an effective means for treating obesity".
