Internet has been loaded with information since the commercialization in the late 90s. From that moment new design standards have been defined to make content as easy to access as possible. For a moment I was under the impression that desktop web design finally found a suitable shape for the medium; fixed grid systems, html5, css3, javascript, cross browser compatibility and clear visual guidelines improved the user experience. BUT then the mobile revolution came and suddenly we had reduced screen sizes, touch screen interfaces, gesture based interaction and new contexts of use.
