I would love to hear from anyone who has a SMART BOARD in the class room! I want to learn more about SMART BOARDS. So many schools use this technology now. I feel left behind. More important, I feel like my students are missing out. I would love to see this in action!

This website has so many helpful, user friendly ideas for adding technology to your classroom. I met the creator of the site at the Michigan Reading Conference. After I walked out of her session, I felt that even I could add technology into my classroom. It is all about baby steps! I have also come to realize that not only that I can do it, but that I should do it. The creator, Erin Klein, is very helpful and assessable.
Okay, honestly this isn't related to technology but, I love this woman so much. I have listened to this young woman perform spoken word poetry more times than I can count. I tear up every time. She speaks to the mother- daughter relationship in a way that really stricks a chord in me. She continues her talk about what spoken word has done for her. As a former performer of poetry, I could really relate. I would really like to have my class experience poetry on a personal level.
