This TGoogle Forms is one of the easiest ways to gather data for your spreadsheets in Google Sheets. If you’re not familiar with its ins and outs, this visual guide shows you what you need to know to get started. The graphic, from Matthew Guay and the folks at Zapier, does everything from walking you through making your first form to showing how to change the visual elements of your form. You’ll learn how to edit your form, adjust field options based on data type, share your form with others, and even turn your form into a quiz.

Gerald Carey's insight:
This is more like an infographic on one page with instructions on how to use Google Forms.  So if you do want this information all together, this could be useful. I personally would prefer a searchable list or an infographic that I could print.

Google Forms: Do NOT Duplicate Forms

Google Forms: Do NOT Duplicate Forms | Using Google Drive in the classroom | Scoop.it
Google Forms One Version Having a single version of things is one of the things that make using Google Apps different from the old days of Office. You stop wondering if you have the correct version. You only have one version and keep it updated.
Gerald Carey's insight:
Good advice from Alice Keeler about saving time by NOT duplicating forms for, say, different classes.  You can either sort by timestamp, or get students to enter that class they are in via a drop down list.  Alternatively, you can remove all the responses to set up a clean form for re-use.  Alice takes you through that process.

These four tools have some great uses in Education but it is the third one in this list that I want to focus on.  It is an improvement to Google Forms when using multiple choice or true/false questions.  In the new version, students can get immediate feedback at the end of the quiz if you use the "Answer Key' option! Students simply click on the "View your score" button.
