This is a hack but it could be a neat way around a Google Docs short-coming.  Saving the document as a pdf and then using Adobe's options to print it as a booklet.

Although a good photocopier will probably do the job...

Very handy tip for 1:1. Great for sites that may be filtered accidentally or for emergency back-up when the web server is slow or down.

Convert a web page to a PDF while using Google Chrome. Then save the document in Drive or another location.
