With so many apps and technology sites on the internet it is very hard to get unbiased reviews of the utility and effectiveness of the various applications and technologies. This article provides 4 sites that do an excellent job of making the process a little easier. Check these out. All of them offer a free subscription also. Take advantage of someone else doing the work for you. Don't reinvent the wheel!

A common concern among these educators is how to integrate Bloom's Revised Taxonomy with the power that the new technology provides. While this article is not directly related to Learning in the specific sense, it is related in the general sense. Technological developments in the next 2 years have the potential to revolutionize the classroom, the home environment, and the work environment. As I read this article, I couldn't help but think about how I would apply these technologies now. The fact is, there are a lot of people more creative and innovative than me. With 2 kids going to college in the next 3 years, I can't wait to see what college will be like for them. Talk about living vicariously. It's going to be a "wild ride."

A state Board of Regents committee approved sanctioning cheerleading as a bona fide sport, sending the measure today, Tuesday, to the full membership for consideration

It's great to see that Cheerleading is being seen as a sport.  Anyone who has participated in or watched competitive Cheerleading knows this is the case.  Believe it or not, 34 states and the District of Columbia already define cheerleading as an interscholastic sport.
