Une jeune société parisienne propose de créer des filières agricoles bio en ville, en haut des immeubles. Son projet vient d’être primé. Pourquoi ne pas développer, en ville, une agriculture urbaine? Et même créer une filière agricole, du producteur au consommateur, en plein Paris? C’est possible, et ce projet, a priori un peu fou, est en passe de se réaliser. C’est celui d’une jeune société parisienne, UrbAgri, fondée par Virginie Dulucq. Un projet si sérieux qu’il vient d’être récompensé par le prix Créatrices d’avenir décerné par la région Île-de-France et la préfecture régionale
