It Brooklyn loses this case, and that seems very likely, will they then charge this DA with a crime? What happens to every case he prosecuted? What happens to the DA who has supported him? If these charges are true, (IMHO) they should send the whole nest of legal vipers to prison for the rest of their lives, but of course that isn't likely to happen. Delete the scoop?

While the failures and missteps are worrisome, I am delighted that the administration went about doing the assessment properly and that the panel did their job quickly. Not like a nunch of politicians baying at the other party but a group of professionals assessing and recommending.
