This is a major change in the reach of government intrusion into business, but it is also a major change in keeping us safe. There should be great public discussion about this. I think this is where the TEA party, the extreme right, and the libertarians should take a stand. Of course, I hope they lose, but they should take their stand. Delete the scoop?
