I'm sorry America, this is disgusting. To try to send a kid to jail, simply because he wouldn't remove a NRA t-shirt? This shows how depraved we have become. We have far more serious things to worry about, and yet our courts and prosecutors choose to pick on a 14 year old? This pretty much shows how low we have become, we want everyone in jail/prison, so they can be controlled. Delete the scoop?

This is a 15 year-old boy. He should be charged as a juvenile. This kid also reads at a 3rd grade level. If this kid winds up being charged as an adult, there is something very wrong with our court systems, and the prosecutor in this case. Delete the scoop?
